Traditional House of Character in Zejtun Malta
A beautiful traditional Maltese house of character in the village of Zejtun. This impeccably renovated 150 year old house with 4 bedrooms can sleep up to 7 persons. A courtyard and sun terraces provide for al fresco activities. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac and is surrounded by neighbouring private gardens. Zejtun is in the south east of Malta just a couple of minutes drive from the picturesque fishing village of Marsaxlokk, sea side resort of Marsascala and St Thomas Bay.
All the ground floor rooms surround a sunny and private courtyard with BBQ facilities. Entrance is through a wide hallway which leads to a lovely arched living room, a well equipped kitchen with dining area and a guest toilet. An internal stone staircase takes one up to the first floor and from a wide landing one accesses a double bedroom with en suite shower room and private open balcony, twin bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom and balcony overlooking the private courtyard. Further up to the second floor through a wrought iron staircase, is another twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and two sun terraces with views of the surrounding village/tree groves.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental quoted must be paid.
A rental duration must be for at least three nights.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 235 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 2pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price.
