With large open terraces and stunning views of the Gozitan landscape, this property is well equipped with all modern commodities. Spacious and full of character, very well furnished and in a very quiet but central location, a short drive away from Marsalforn Bay. Marsalforn is Gozo`s most popular summer seaside resort where many restaurants, pubs, sandy/rocky beaches, scuba diving schools, etc. can be found.
Accommodation is in the form of entrance hall, dining room with arched ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, sunny herb yard, shower and lavatory, lounge area with cable TV and CD player, private sunny courtyard leading to large pool deck area, large pool and bar-be-que area and two bedrooms at ground floor level. A main bedroom with bathroom en suite and terraces with views are found on the first floor.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night for a minimum of six nights. For shorter stay a one time early change over charge of uro 58 will be levied.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 35% of the total rental quoted must be paid within 7 days from the date of confirmation. However, if a booking is made within 6 weeks from the rental period, the full rental amount has to be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 230 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 3pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price. However, for winter letting there is a charge on the gas.
