The cheapest self catering holiday accommodation one can find on the island of Gozo combining the utmost spectacular sea cliff views from the accommodation itself. Compact and simple but fully equipped for self catering needs and can sleep up to 4 persons (5 maximum with folding bed added) in two bedrooms. Xlendi is a small popular seaside resort built around a spectacular cliffy inlet on the south west coast of Gozo. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of Xlendi, but only minutes away on foot from restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment block is situated right in front of the sea side promenade with magnificent sea cliff views.
The accommodation is in a block of apartments which is in front of the sea side promenade. The accommodation is at the front of the block and is accessed through a common main door and up an internal staircase. The apartment is accessed into a corridor which leads onto a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with open balcony with fantastic sea cliff views.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night according to the amount of persons and based on a minimum stay of 6 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit equivalent to one night`s rent must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
Prior to departure the property owner has the right to inspect the property and if anything is missing/damaged, then the owner will charge you for the expenses to be incurred due to such loss/damage.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property rules:
Smoking is allowed.
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price, except for heating.
Heating is charged at the cost of 7.00 per electric heater per day.
