Compact and simple but fully equipped for self catering needs and can sleep up to 2 persons in one bedroom. Xlendi is a small popular seaside resort built around a spectacular cliffy inlet on the south west coast of Gozo. The accommodation is located in a quiet part of Xlendi, but only minutes away on foot from restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment block is situated right in front of the sea side promenade with magnificent sea cliff views, however the accommodation itself does not offer such views.
The accommodation is in a block of apartments which is on the sea side promenade. The accommodation is at the back of the block and is accessed through a common main door and up an internal staircase. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with open balcony with side views of promenade/countryside.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night and based on a minimum of 6 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a stipulated deposit must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
Prior to departure the property owner has the right to inspect the property and if anything is missing/damaged, then the owner will charge you for the expenses to be incurred due to such loss/damage.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 2pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price.
Heating is charged at the cost of uro 6.41 per day per electric heater.
