A truly rustic country holiday lodge on the outskirts of the village of Xewkija in Gozo. This self- catering vacation rental property can sleep 4 persons (maximum 6 using spare & folding beds) in 2 bedrooms. The property has many interesting rustic features and has a good sized backyard with built-in BBQ. The village of Xewkija is very strategically located in between the capital of Gozo, Victoria and the sea ferry port of Mgarr.
Entrance is onto a sitting room which leads to a backyard and onto a living/kitchen/dining room and double bedroom with bathroom en suite. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with spare bed and toilet & sink.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per night according to the number of persons and based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in €uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of the equivalent of one night's rental cost must be paid.
Children under the age of 2 years go for free.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Pets are allowed
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price except for upstairs bedroom a/c at extra €uro 10.00/day.
