Converted Farmhouse with Pool in Xewkija Gozo (G95)

A large authentic converted holiday farmhouse with swimming pool in the village of Xewkija in Gozo. This self- catering vacation rental  property can sleep 12 persons (maximum 15 with three single sofa beds) in 4 bedrooms. Combining this property with another smaller farmhouse within the same grounds, can accommodate very comfortably a total of 20 persons. Situated on the outskirts of the village with good country views, plenty of rustic features, a good sized pool, BBQ, outdoor dining and many other fabulous features make this Gozitan farmhouse one of a kind. The village of Xewkija is very strategically located in between the capital of Gozo, Victoria and the sea ferry port of Mgarr. 

Entrance is down a flight of stairs and into a double bedroom with sofa bed with bathroom en suite and TV, which can also be used as a living room. Four steps lead up into a kitchen/dining room with TV which lead onto a shower room and onto a double bedroom. Both the double bedroom and kitchen/dining lead out onto the pool area. At the other end of the pool area is another smaller farmhouse which can be rented out for larger groups (in addition to the main house). An external stone staircase leads up to a verandah overlooking the pool, where two bedrooms are accessed - a double bedroom with living area/sofa bed and an open wooden loft above (accessed up steep wooden steps) with double bed and bunk beds. The other is a double bedroom with shower room en suite.

Booking and payment terms:

•  Prices listed are per night according to the amount of persons.

•  All payments due are in €uro.

•  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of the equivalent of one night's rental cost must be paid.

•  Children under the age of 2 years go for free.

•  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

•  The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

•  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.

•  The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property notes:

•  Smoking is allowed.

•  Pets are allowed

•  Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price except for upstairs bedroom a/c at extra €uro 10.00/day.
