Lots of indoor/outdoor space, very well furnished, rustic features, full privacy, countryside abutting the back of the house and many other fabulous features make this holiday property a must. The village of Xewkija is very strategically located in between the capital of Gozo, Victoria and the sea ferry port of Mgarr.
Entrance is onto a ground floor hallway which leads to a living room, sun-lit lounge, double bedroom, dining room, kitchen and indoor jacuzzi overlooking the pool. The dining room leads onto the pool area, 2nd double bedroom, garden and back sun terrace with country views. An internal staircase goes up to a bedroom with bunk beds and open balcony overlooking the street below, two twin bedrooms both with shower rooms en suite and a lounge at a higher level. Parking is available in the street.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per night according to the amount of persons and based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of the equivalent of one night's rental cost must be paid.
Children under the age of 2 years go for free.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Pets are allowed
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price excluding heating.
