This very bright and airy accommodation can sleep 6 persons (maximum 8 using double sofa bed). A large front sunny terrace equipped with outdoor dining facilities, BBQ, sunbeds and jacuzzi and a back terrace, both with wide panoramic country views make this penthouse a real relaxation getaway. Xemxija is located right next to St Paul`s Bay with Malta`s finest sandy beaches being a mere ten minute drive away.
The penthouse is located on the third (top) floor of a block of apartments in front of unobstructed countryside and is accessible by lift. Entrance is onto a kitchen/living/dining area with a double sofa bed, from which are accessed a double bedroom with shower room en suite, two twin bedrooms, a main bathroom and front and back terraces with extensive country views. The double and a twin bedroom also lead onto the back terrace and the other twin bedroom leads onto the front terrace. There is a utility room on the back terrace.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night for up to 6 persons and based on a minimum stay of 3 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, either a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid and the balance paid six weeks before arrival or a deposit of 50% and the balance paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 300 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.
Smoking is only allowed on the terraces.
