Village Lodge with Pool in Xaghra Gozo (G40)
On the outskirts of the hilltop village of Xaghra in Gozo is this converted old village lodge with pool. This rustic self-catering vacation accommodation can sleep 5 persons (maximum 7 with folding beds added) in two bedrooms. A very cozy property, inconspicuously tucked away on the periphery of the village and with good country views. The village of Xaghra is well located, not far from Marsalforn Bay (Gozo`s top seaside resort), Ramla Bay (Gozo`s best sandy beach) and Victoria (Gozo`s capital).
Entrance is from a narrow alley way and onto a private front patio and into a ground floor living room which leads into a double bedroom with shower en suite, a kitchen/dining room and a private small pool area. A first floor triple bedroom (3 single beds) with bathroom en suite and open balcony and sun terrace with country views is accessed up an external stone staircase from the front patio.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per night according to the amount of persons and based on a minimum stay of 6 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of the equivalent of one night's rental tariff must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water/electricity/cooking gas consumption is included in the price except gas/electricity for heating.
Heating is charged at the cost of uro 7.00 per electric heater per day.
