Rustic House with Pool in Xaghra Gozo
On the outskirts of the hilltop village of Xaghra is this fabulous Gozitan house full of rustic features with pool overlooking open country views. This self-catering holiday accommodation can sleep 10 persons in four bedrooms. Such a vacation property offers an excellent family retreat. The village of Xaghra is well located, not far from Marsalforn Bay (Gozo`s top seaside resort), Ramla Bay (Gozo`s best sandy beach) and Victoria (Gozo`s capital).
On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads into a twin bedroom with shower en suite, a main shower room, a living/dining/kitchen area from where one steps out onto a sun deck and pool with country views. The first floor is accessed up an internal stone staircase and onto a landing which has two beds, a double bedroom with jacuzzi en suite and a sun terrace overlooking the street below, another double bedroom with bathroom en suite, a twin bedroom with toilet en suite with sun terrace overlooking pool below with country views.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night and based on a minimum occupancy of 6 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of the equivalent of one night's rental tariff must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 2.00 pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 pm (midday) in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water/electricity/cooking gas consumption are included in the price except heating.
Heating is charged at the cost of uro 6.50 per day per electric heater.
