A newly built rustic house of character on the outskirts of the hilltop village of Xaghra in Gozo. Can accommodate up to 8 persons spread over four bedrooms. A secluded pool with outdoor dining facilities, sun terrace and breathtaking country panoramic views complement this very bright and spacious holiday accommodation. The village of Xaghra is conveniently located between the popular seaside resort of Marsalforn and the capital town of Victoria.
Entrance is from a short alley and onto a ground floor living area with open log fire place, kitchen/dining, twin bedroom with bathroom en suite and two access doors to an outdoor private pool with BBQ/dining area and pool/sun deck. An internal stone staircase takes one up to a landing on the first floor from where one can access two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with en suite bathrooms, an open balcony and sun terrace with panoramic open country views.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night and based on a minimum occupancy of 6 nights.
All payments due are in €uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of the equivalent of one night's rental tariff must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
Prior to departure the property owner has the right to inspect the property and if anything is missing/damaged, then the owner will charge you for the expenses to be incurred due to such loss/damage.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 2pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water and cooking gas consumption are included in the price.
Heating is charged at the cost of €uro 6.41 per day per electric heater.
