A fabulous rustically built country villa with pool on the outskirts of the village of Xaghra in Gozo. This self-catering holiday accommodation can sleep 7 persons in three bedrooms. This fine and generously spacious property, full of rustic features is a real country style gem with stupendous panoramic country views. The hilltop village of Xaghra is conveniently located between the popular seaside resort of Marsalforn and the capital town of Victoria.
The property is fully detached. An entrance hall on the ground floor leads to a double bedroom with shower en suite, a kitchen/dining area, a living area with open log fire place which leads onto a back patio with sun deck and pool overlooking extensive country views. A flight of stairs leads up to a first floor landing which accesses a double bedroom with jacuzzi en suite and large sun terrace overlooking pool and with country views and a triple bedroom (3 single) with bathroom en suite with large terrace and open balcony overlooking the front of the house.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night and based on a minimum occupancy of 6 nights.
All payments due are in €uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of the equivalent of one night's rental tariff must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 2.00 pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 pm (midday) in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water/electricity/cooking gas consumption are included in the price except for heating.
Heating is charged at the cost of €uro 6.41 per day per electric heater.
