A truly authentic and characteristic Gozitan converted farmhouse with swimming pool in the village of Xaghra. This rustic holiday property can sleep 12 persons (maximum 17 using folding beds) in 6 bedrooms. With loads of outdoor space and terraces, lots of original features and cosily tucked away at the end of a village square, with full views of an intact windmill, this farmhouse takes one back in time away from all modern stress. The hilltop village of Xaghra is conveniently located between the popular seaside resort of Marsalforn and the capital town of Victoria.
Entrance is from the end of a village square, with ample parking, and onto a pool area with sun deck. A wide passage leads onto a courtyard with well and plants and into a living room. An external stone staircase takes one up to a double and a twin bedroom with a large terrace overlooking fields and a church on one side and the courtyard on the other. Another external stone staircase takes one up to another double and twin bedroom, also with a large terrace overlooking the courtyard on one side and the pool area on the other. A set of stairs also leads from this terrace down to the pool area. At ground floor level, on the same side as the other bedrooms is an enclosed corridor which leads onto a double and twin bedroom and a kitchen/dining room which exits onto the pool area. There are three shower rooms and a guest toilet.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed above are per night according to the amount of persons and based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total quoted rental cost must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
Children under the age of 6 years go for free.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
