A charming 150 year old traditional Maltese house of character in the seaside town of St Paul`s Bay. The house has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 persons, though it is also very affordable and practical for a single person as well! It is fully equipped for all self catering needs. The house boasts of traditional Maltese architectural features, like coloured patterned  floor tiles, wooden beams, high ceilings and other rustic Mediterranean features and a beautiful cozy garden.   The house is very centrally located being minutes away on foot from restaurants, bars and shops but at the same time is in a quiet area. A four mile long promenade with good swimming along its length is just as accessible.

On the ground floor one finds a hallway, sitting/dining room, twin bedroom, shower room and kitchen/breakfast which leads on to a gorgeous patio and garden with BBQ facility. The ground  floor has good wheelchair accessibility.  Upstairs, which is on two levels, are located the main bathroom, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large double bedroom with balcony looking out onto views of the blue Mediterranean sea with St Paul`s islands in the distance.

Booking and payment terms:

  •  Prices listed are per person per night

  •  All payments due are in €uro.

  •  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental quoted must be paid. However, if a booking is made within four weeks of the commencement of the rental period, then the full amount must be paid

  •  A rental duration must be for at least three nights.

  •  There is a 10% discount on total price when making a reservation for 4 or more adults. Discount is applicable for stay of 7 nights and over and applicable in the mid and high seasons.

  •  Children aged under 5 go FREE when accompanied by two paying adults. Maximum of two free children. Free cot provided.

  •  Children aged 5 to 12 pay 50% of adult price.   

  •  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

  •  The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 235 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

  •  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 2pm onwards.

  •  The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property Notes:

  •  Smoking is allowed.

  •  Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price. However, for winter letting there is a charge on the gas.
