Although the accommodation itself is located in a quiet area, only a couple of minutes on foot will bring one to numerous shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment, nightclubs, etc. which make up Malta`s primary nightspot. A casino stands sentinel at the mouth of the bay.

    

The apartment forms part of a managed block of apartments, the entrance through which is at ground floor level. The entrance leads onto a hallway from where one can access a bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and a very spacious, full of light living/kitchen/dining with wide views of St George`s Bay below and leading onto an al fresco dining balcony and a large terrace with sun beds and BBQ. The property has no steps/split levels making it very elderly friendly and wheelchair accessible. A covered parking space is specifically allocated to this apartment right in front of the door.

Booking and payment terms:

  •  Prices listed are for the property per night for up to two persons and then per additional person.

  •  All payments due are in €uro.

  •  The rental duration must be of a minimum of 3 nights.

  •  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 35% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.    

  •  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

  •  The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 400 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

  •  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.

  •  The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property notes:

  •  Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.

  •  Wheelchair accessible.
