A three bedroomed fully equipped self-catering seafront holiday apartment overlooking St George's Bay in the trendy seaside town of St Julian`s. This view vantaged apartment can accommodate 6 persons (maximum 7 using folding bed). This apartment is wheelchair accessible. St George`s Bay has a blue flag sandy beach, water sports, diving and beach clubs with swimming pools. Although the accommodation itself is located in a quiet area, only a couple of minutes on foot will bring one to numerous shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment, nightclubs, etc. which make up Malta`s primary nightspot. A casino stands sentinel at the mouth of the bay.
The apartment is on the first floor of a managed block of apartments and is accessed by lift/stairs. The entrance leads onto a hallway and corridor from where one can access a double bedroom with bathroom/jacuzzi en suite and indoor covered balcony, twin bedroom with indoor covered balcony, another twin bedroom, shower room, kitchen/breakfast room and large living/dining room leading onto an indoor covered balcony with bay views.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night for up to 2 persons and then per additional person.
All payments due are in uro.
Prices are based on a minimum rental duration of 4 nights.
Children under the age of 12 go for free.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid two weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 3.00 pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 9.00 am in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

Smoking is not allowed.
Water and electricity consumption are included in the price.
