A three bedroomed fully equipped self-catering holiday apartment in the trendy seaside town of St Julian`s. This very spacious and full of light apartment can accommodate 7 persons (maximum 8 using folding bed). 10 minutes on foot from St George`s Bay, which has a blue flag sandy beach, water sports, diving and beach clubs with swimming pools. Although the accommodation itself is located in a quiet area, only a couple of minutes on foot will bring one to numerous shops, bars, restaurants, entertainment, nightclubs, etc. which make up Malta`s primary nightspot.
The apartment is on the second floor of a block of 4 apartments and is accessed by lift/stairs. A flight of 13 steps leads to a common entrance, followed by a further 4 steps onto a landing and one step to a lift. The apartment entrance leads onto a hallway, from where is accessed a triple bedroom down 3 steps, two twin bedrooms, lounge area, bathroom, spare toilet, kitchen/dining room leading onto an outdoor balcony with neighborhood views. Parking is in the surrounding streets.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in €uro.
Children under the age of 2 go for free.
Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are charged at half price.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Water/electricity consumption is included in the price.
