Located minutes away on foot from Sliema`s main shopping area, this apartment can accommodate up to 2 persons (3 maximum with folding bed added). Rocky beaches, cafeterias, restaurants, bars and a good shopping centre are all accessible on foot. Sliema is an interesting and vibrant town where locals and tourists mingle together. The picturesque fishing village of St Julian`s, as well as Malta`s no. 1 night spot Paceville, can be easily accessed along the popular Sliema sea front promenade.

The apartment is located on an elevated ground floor level in a small block of apartments and is accessed from the street below either by lift or stairs. From the entrance hall one can access a twin bedroom overlooking the street below, a bathroom and an air-conditioned living/kitchen/dining area which is supplied with plenty of light from an adjoining back yard,  where one can dine al fresco/B-B-Q. The block's roof top can be used as well, such as for clothes hanging/sunbathing.

RENTAL TARIFF PER NIGHT

Booking and payment terms:

•  Prices listed are for the property per night.

•  All payments due are in €uro.

•  The rental duration must be of a minimum of 3 nights.

•  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 35% of the total rental quoted must be paid.    

•  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

•  Any cot required and children under the age of five are free of charge.

•  A damages deposit may be requested.

Arrival and departure:

•  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 3pm onwards.

•  The property must be vacated by 10am in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property notes:

•  Water and electricity consumption are included in the price.

•  Smoking is allowed.
