A two bedroomed fully equipped self- catering holiday apartment with two balconies in the heart of the trendy seaside town of Sliema. Located in a residential street but minutes away on foot from the Sliema/St Julian`s popular sea front promenade, this smart vacation rental apartment can accommodate 3 persons (4 maximum using a sofa bed). Rocky beaches, cafeterias, restaurants, bars, night life and a good shopping centre are all accessible on foot. Sliema is an interesting and vibrant town where locals and tourists mingle together. The picturesque fishing village of St Julian`s, as well as Malta`s no. 1 night spot Paceville, can be easily accessed on foot along the interesting sea front promenade.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a block of 5 apartments in a residential street. The apartment is accessed up flights of stairs and onto a living/dining/kitchen which has an open balcony overlooking the street below. A short corridor leads to a bathroom, single bedroom and double bedroom which has an open balcony overlooking other properties. There is communal use of a roof top terrace. Parking is in the surrounding streets.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night.
The prices above are based on a minimum stay of 6 nights.
An early change over charge equivalent to one night's rental cost will be levied for rental periods of less than 6 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The first 40 units of electricity are free, following which it is charged at 25 Euro cents/unit.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor premises.
Water and gas consumption are included in the price.
