A compact two bedroomed fully equipped self catering holiday apartment in the heart of the trendy seaside town of Sliema. Located in a residential street but minutes away on foot from Sliema`s popular sea front promenade, this apartment can accommodate 4 persons (6 maximum using double sofa bed). Rocky beaches, cafeterias, restaurants, bars and a good shopping centre are all accessible on foot. Sliema is an interesting and vibrant town where locals and tourists mingle together. The picturesque fishing village of St Julian`s, as well as Malta`s no. 1 night spot Paceville, can be easily accessed along the interesting sea front promenade.
The apartment is located in a residential street in a block of apartments. The apartment is accessed either by lift or stairs. Entrance is onto a living room with a double sofa bed, which gives access to two twin bedrooms and a kitchen/dining. There is one main bathroom. A bar adjacent to the block can provide a nice cold pint of beer on a hot summer`s day!

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking a deposit of 25% of the total rental must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
A damages deposit may be requested.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 3pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 10am in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
