Rocky beaches, cafeterias, restaurants, bars and a good shopping centre are all accessible on foot. Sliema is an interesting and vibrant town where locals and tourists mingle together. The picturesque fishing village of St Julian`s, as well as Malta`s no. 1 night spot Paceville, can be easily accessed along the interesting sea front promenade.
The penthouse is located on the third/top floor of a block of apartments in a residential street. The penthouse is accessed up flights of stairs and onto an entrance hallway which leads into a double bedroom, bedroom with 2 bunk beds and sliding bed, kitchen/living/dining room with double sofa bed, bathroom, utility area, spare side alcove and two sun terraces with town views.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night.
The prices above are based on a minimum stay of 5 nights.
All payments due are in €uro.
Children under 5 years go for free and under 12 years are charged half price.
In order to validate a booking a deposit of 25% of the total rental must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
A damages deposit of €uro 100 must be paid on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 4.00 pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 10.00 am in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is only allowed on the two sun terraces.
Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price.
