In the heart of the town of Rabat is this very spacious three bedroomed apartment. It can sleep 6 persons (maximum 8 using double sofa bed). It possesses an open balcony and a sunny terrace with town views. Rabat is just outside the medieval fortified city of Mdina (Malta`s old capital). The Rabat/Mdina area is rich in historical/cultural places of interest ranging from a Roman Villa, numerous catacombs and museums to the impressive Mdina fortifications. Interspersed in all this history are some of the island's finest restaurants and tea gardens. The surrounding countryside provides for some of Malta`s best walks.
The apartment is located in a residential street on the second floor of a small block of apartments and is accessed either by lift or stairs. An entrance hallway leads to a sitting room with an open balcony overlooking the street below. A long wide corridor leads to two double bedrooms (one with a shower en suite and air-conditioning) and a twin bedroom. At the end of the corridor is a spacious and full of light kitchen/living/dining area which leads onto a sunny terrace with town views. A utility room has laundry facilities and spare toilet and sink.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night and based on a minimum stay of 3 nights.
All payments due are in €uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental quoted must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
Children under the age of 8 go for free.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 4.00 pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 pm (midday) in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water, electricity and gas consumption are not included in the price.
The property is wheelchair and elderly friendly except for a 10 cm step between corridor and living area.
