This self-catering holiday property can sleep 6 persons (max 7 with folding bed added) in three bedrooms and has a central courtyard with BBQ for al fresco dining. With loads of rustic features and equipped with modern day facilities, this vacation rental house is an ideal rendezvous when visiting the Maltese islands. Rabat is just outside the medieval fortified city of Mdina (Malta`s old capital). The Rabat/Mdina area is rich in historical/cultural places of interest ranging from a Roman Villa, numerous catacombs and museums to the impressive Mdina fortifications. Interspersed in all this history are some of the island's finest restaurants and tea gardens. The surrounding countryside provides for some of Malta`s best walks.

The property is situated in a pedestrianised alley. The ground floor consists of an entrance room, dining/sitting room, kitchen, laundry area, guest toilet and courtyard. An internal stone staircase leads up to a first floor landing which feeds two twin bedrooms, bathroom, double bedroom with en suite shower and a spiral wrought iron staircase leads further up to a roof room and roof.

Booking and payment terms:

•  Prices listed are per property per night for up to 4 persons and then for every extra person.

•  A rental duration must be for at least three nights.

•  All payments due are in €uro.

•  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.

•  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

•  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.

•  The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property notes:

•  Smoking is allowed.

•  Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.
