A rustic self-catering holiday house of character on the outskirts of the hilltop village of Qala in Gozo. This vacation rental property can accommodate 6 persons (maximum 8 using an en suite cave twin bedroom). A private pool, a large roof top sun terrace with fantastic country and sea views of Comino/Blue Lagoon and surrounded by very peaceful countryside make this holiday accommodation a relaxation haven. Qala is at the eastern tip of Gozo and close to the quaint sandy beach of Hondoq Ir-Rummien.
The property is on three floors and is accessed up through a stepped alleyway. Entrance is onto an entrance hall which leads onto an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which leads into a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, guest toilet/shower room and pool area with country/sea views. Down a flight of steps is a twin bedroom with shower room en suite and twin cave bedroom en suite. An external stone staircase leads up to a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and large roof terrace with built-in BBQ and country/sea views. Parking is just off the alleyway in the street.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per night for up to 6 persons and then per additional person.
Prices are based on a minimum stay of 6 nights. Rental periods of less than 6 nights will incur higher rates.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of the equivalent of one night's rental tariff must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water/electricity/cooking gas consumption is included in the price except gas/electricity for heating.
Heating is charged at the cost of uro 7.00 per electric heater per day.
