Converted Farmhouse with Pool in Qala Gozo (G75)
An authentic converted self-catering holiday farmhouse on the outskirts of the hilltop village of Qala in Gozo. This vacation rental property can accommodate 7 persons (maximum 9 with folding beds added). A private pool, three sun terraces with fantastic country and sea views as far as the Comino Blue Lagoon and surrounded by very peaceful countryside make this holiday accommodation a gem. Qala is at the eastern tip of Gozo and close to the quaint sandy beach of Hondoq Ir-Rummien.
Entrance is down a couple of stairs and onto a living room with open log fire place and TV, guest shower/toilet, kitchen/dining room leading onto a dining terrace which has stairs descending to the pool. An internal stone staircase ascends to the first floor where there is a triple bedroom with shower room en suite and an open balcony overlooking the farmhouse entrance and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and sun terrace with country/sea views. Another staircase leads up to a second floor double bedroom with shower room en suite and two terraces, one overlooking the front of the property and another at the back with country/sea views. Parking is available in the street.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per night according to the amount of persons and based on a minimum occupancy of 6 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of the equivalent of one night's rental tariff must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water/electricity/cooking gas consumption is included in the price except for gas/electricity for heating.
Heating is charged at the cost of uro 7.00 per electric heater per day.
