Converted Farmhouse with pool in Munxar Gozo (G100)


Located right in the countryside but minutes away from all amenities, is this 300-year-old converted, semi-detached farmhouse with private swimming pool and modern commodities. This property can accommodate up to 7 persons in three bedrooms. The quaint village of Munxar is conveniently positioned a few minutes from the capital of Gozo, Victoria, where all the banks, shops, supermarkets, etc can be found, and a few minutes away from the unique cliffy Xlendi bay. Activities in Xlendi include boat hire, scuba diving and other water sports. Xlendi is also where some of the best restaurants on the island are found and one can dine by candlelight out on the terraces inches away from the beach under the clear blue Mediterranean skies.


Entrance to the farmhouse is through an open courtyard, which leads to an entrance hall off which is the first bedroom with two single beds, with a shower/lavatory right next door. A fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area and lounge area are also at this level. Beyond the lounge area is the pool, sun deck and barbeque area with spectacular views of Lunzjata and Xlendi valleys, open skies and the Gozitan skyline. At first floor level are two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, one has a double bed and the other three separate single beds.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night and based on a minimum stay of six nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking a deposit of 35% of the total rental cost must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
If a booking is made within 6 weeks from the rental period, the full rental amount has to be paid.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 230 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Water/electricity/cooking gas consumption is included in the price, except gas for heating.
