A one bedroomed self catering holiday penthouse apartment with terrace in Msida Malta. This very bright penthouse can sleep 2 persons (4 maximum with double sofa bed). Al fresco dining/barbequing on the sunny terrace with distant and wide views. The town of Msida, which has a yacht marina, is located very centrally between Valletta and Sliema/St Julian`s.
The penthouse is located on the fifth floor of a block of apartments which is opposite a children's playing field and is accessible by two lifts. Entrance is onto a short corridor which leads to a spare shower room and very bright kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed. Beyond this is a small but bright dining area. A double bedroom with shower room en suite leads onto a sunny terrace with panoramic views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night for up to 2 persons for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Additional persons pay pro rata of the rental tariff.
For stays of less than 7 nights an early change over charge of one nightly tariff is levied.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a stipulated deposit must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid six weeks before arrival.
Children under the age of two go for free.
A damages deposit may be requested.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.
Smoking inside is not allowed.
