The property is located in a cul-de-sac and is on three floors. Entrance is through a gated front garden and onto an entrance hall/lounge which leads onto a kitchen, dining room and internal courtyard. Through the courtyard and down two steps is a twin bedroom with a bathroom en suite up a spiral staircase. The dining room leads into a short hall at the bottom of the staircase, from where the courtyard can also be accessed and also a guest toilet. Half way up the staircase is a lower terrace (overlooking the courtyard) which accesses the twin bedroom en suite bathroom mentioned above. Further up the staircase, from the top landing, is accessed an upper terrace (overlooking the courtyard and opposite the one mentioned above) and a massive living room, at the end of which is a double bedroom with dressing and bathroom en suite. This bedroom leads onto the upper terrace as well. From a minstrel`s gallery above the living room are found a children's bedroom with bunk beds with shower room en suite and a twin bedroom with a small roof terrace. A parking permit for Mdina can be obtained, otherwise parking is outside the nearby bastion walls.

Booking and payment terms:

•  Price listed is for the property per night and based on a minimum occupancy of 7 nights.

•  All payments due are in €uro or in British sterling.

•  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 10% of the total rental quoted must be paid.    

•  The outstanding balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

•  Bookings in July/August/September must be from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival and departure:

•  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.

•  The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property notes:

•  Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.

•  Smoking is allowed.
