Very spacious and bright, this 3- bedroomed villa can sleep 8 persons (maximum 12 with sofa beds). Equipped very generously with all self catering needs, this lovely property has lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment to offer its lucky occupants. Located in a quiet area but 5 minutes drive away from the bustling St Julian`s/ Sliema area.
This property adjoins the owner's own residence and is accessed through a driveway and up a short flight of stairs which leads to the main door of the villa. Entrance onto a wide hallway from where all the rooms are accessed on one level, making it elderly/ wheelchair friendly. The main bedroom with a double bed has a dressing room and bathroom en suite and a large terrace with distant views. Two other bedrooms can each be used as double, twin or triple as required. There is a main bathroom plus two shower rooms. A large and bright lounge with open log fire-place, cable TV and sofa which can be converted into a double bed, leads onto the garden through a big sliding door. A fully equipped and spacious kitchen/dining/living room leads to a conservatory and onto the pool area. All rooms are air-conditioned and have room to room intercom.
The outside area is comprised of a pool (about 10 by 9 metres) with spring board, jacuzzi, large pool deck, barbeque, outside shower, Finnish sauna, al fresco dining area, large terrace, gazebo, 5- hole crazy golf course and a children's soft play area with 3 swings, 3 seesaws and a slide. A large games room at basement level comprises a full size snooker table, pool table, air hockey, table tennis, table soccer and gym equipment...all at no extra cost.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night.
All payments due are in uro.
Children under the age of 2 years go for free.
In order to validate a booking, a stipulated deposit must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 233 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 3pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is only allowed on the outside premises.
Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price.
