This self-catering holiday accommodation can sleep 4 persons on a double bed and bunk beds. Facing open countryside and with a large swimming pool, BBQ with outdoor kitchenette, outdoor dining facilities, gazebos, sunbeds, hammocks, a cascading koi fish pond and a turtle pond all add up to a truly relaxing holiday environment. Madliena is merely a ten minute drive away from the popular St Julian`s/Sliema area. 

This studio apartment forms part of a small complex of three apartments which is adjoined to the owner`s own villa residence. The studio apartment is at semi basement level and is accessed down a short flight of steps. Entrance is onto a kitchen/dining area which leads onto a double bed area and onto a bunk bed area with shower room.

The common outdoor facilities include an upper garden section which includes a 41 sq metre swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun deck, built- in barbecue with outdoor kitchenette, a bridge accessed gazebo with seating for 8 persons overlooking pool, coffee tables & benches, swinging bench, double hammock, sun shades, sunbeds, outdoor shower and wc. A bridge over a cascading koi fish pond leads to the lower garden section which includes a vine gazebo seating 4, turtle pond, wrought iron table and four chairs and leads to the apartments, the owner`s home entrance and the gated entrance to the road in front. Parking is available in the road/s around the complex.

Booking and payment terms:

•  Prices listed are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.

•  All payments due are in €uro.

•  In order to validate a booking, a 30% deposit of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.  

•  There is a final cleaning charge of €uro 35.00.   

•  The outstanding balance is to be paid upon arrival.

Arrival and departure:

•  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 13.00 hours onwards.

•  The property must be vacated by 10.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property notes:

•  Smoking is only allowed on the outside premises.

•  Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price, except gas for heating & electricity for air-conditioning.

•  Not elderly/wheelchair friendly.

•  Property owner has dogs kept in their own quarters.

•  Car recommended.
