Situated on the edge of the peaceful village of Kercem in Gozo is this very spacious village house with swimming pool. This Gozitan rustic holiday property can sleep very comfortably 14 persons (maximum 16 using folding beds) in five bedrooms. A large outdoor area with pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor dining facilities and tree courtyard render this vacation rental property a truly worthwhile experience. Kercem is located in the centre of Gozo, merely five minutes drive away from Victoria, the island's capital.
The property is located in a quiet residential street. The main door leads onto the ground floor - a hallway which leads onto a double bedroom, living area and through a corridor taking one to a shower room, a quadruple bedroom (double + 2 single) with bathroom en suite, a double bedroom with shower en suite and a courtyard with trees. An internal stone staircase takes one up to the first floor landing, from where one accesses a double bedroom with open balcony overlooking the street below, a quadruple bedroom (4 single), a bathroom (including shower), a kitchen/dining room, lounge area and living room with open log fire place. Both kitchen/dining and living rooms lead onto a large terrace which can accommodate 2 sets of tables/chairs for outdoor dining. The swimming pool area can be accessed from the ground floor tree courtyard up an external stone staircase or from the terrace on the first floor. The pool area includes a swimming pool (10.5m x 4.3m), jacuzzi, sun deck, sunbeds and a separate BBQ area on a higher level at the very back of the pool area. A back door leads to fields beyond the property. Ample parking is available in the street in front of the house.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per night according to the amount of persons and based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 30% must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
One child (per couple) under the age of 11 years goes for free.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property rules:
Smoking is allowed.
Trained pets are allowed.
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price, except for gas heating.
