Village House in Kercem Gozo
Situated on the periphery of the peaceful village of Kercem in Gozo is this very spacious village house. This Gozitan vacation property can sleep very comfortably 16 persons in six bedrooms. Full of light and including a yard and back patio make this holiday house truly fascinating. Kercem is located in the centre of Gozo, merely five minutes drive away from Victoria, the island's capital.
The village house is semi-detached and located in a quiet residential street. From a ground floor entrance hallway one accesses a triple bedroom (double + single) and a living area which leads onto a small courtyard, shower room and kitchen/dining room. A flight of stairs takes one to a first floor landing from where are accessed three double bedrooms (one with closed balcony overlooking street below), a quadruple bedroom (double + twin) and a triple bedroom (3 single), 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette/breakfast room and a patio at the back of the house facing a cultivated field.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night for up to 6 persons and then for every additional person
The above rates are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rental quoted must be paid.
The balance is to be paid on arrival.
Children under the age of 5 go for free.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 70 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 2pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

Smoking is allowed.
Gas/water/electricity are included in the price.
