Converted Farmhouse with Pool In Kercem Gozo (G55)
Perched above a fertile green valley is this fabulous authentic converted farmhouse with pool, situated on the outskirts of the tranquil village of Kercem in Gozo. This fully equipped self-catering holiday accommodation can comfortably sleep 14 persons (maximum 16 with folding beds added) in seven bedrooms. Sunbathe and swim amidst beautiful panoramic country views and experience true relaxation. Kercem is located in the centre of Gozo, merely five minutes drive away from Victoria, the island's capital.
Entrance is onto a short corridor leading to a closed internal courtyard, where a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and shower room are accessed. There also is a laundry room with sink. The courtyard also leads onto a kitchen/living/dining room, where a wrought iron staircase takes one up to a twin bedroom (this is a loft with a low ceiling, 1.4m high, being more suited for a children's bedroom). From the living area, one walks out onto a large sun terrace with pool with valley and panoramic country views. On the first floor, a corridor leads to 3 double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom and two shower rooms (2 of which en suite). There also is a box room with sink.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per night according to the amount of persons and based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.
The balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 100 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 14.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
