Converted Farmhouse in Kercem Gozo
A truly authentic 300 year old converted farmhouse surrounded by peaceful countryside, situated on the outskirts of the tranquil village of Kercem in Gozo. This well equipped and very spacious property can sleep up to 6 persons in three bedrooms. The first floor is all stone arched. Beautiful country views from its sun terraces make this accommodation a relaxation getaway. Kercem is located in the centre of Gozo, merely five minutes drive away from Victoria, the island's capital.
Entrance is from a prickly pear lined country road and into a ground floor stone arched sitting room with TV and open log fireplace. From here are accessed a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen/dining with water well and small utility yard. An internal stone staircase takes one up to a bright landing from where one enters a large double bedroom with shower en suite, twin bedroom and two sun terraces with garden furniture, BBQ and country views.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night for up to 2 persons and then for every additional person
The above rates are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rental quoted must be paid.
The balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 70 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 2pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
