The property is situated in a residential street just off the Kalkara promenade. Entrance from the street is onto a ground floor sitting room, twin bedroom, shower room and cellar below. Nineteen steps takes one to a first floor dining room, double bedroom with traditional Maltese closed wooden balcony overlooking street below, single bedroom cum lounge, kitchen (2 steps up), shower room and open wrought iron balcony with side views of the seaside promenade. Parking is two minutes away on the seaside promenade.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed above are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.
Children under the age of 2 years are free and under the age of 12 are half price.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is not allowed.
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price. However in the low/mid seasons, there will be a charge for electricity consumption.
