The penthouse apartment is located on the fourth (top) floor of a block of seven apartments. Access is from the street below, up nine steps to the common apartment main door and up another three steps to a lift/staircase. Entrance to the penthouse is onto a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, from where is accessed a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. The double bedroom and living/dining room lead onto a terrace with panoramic town and distant sea views. Parking is in the street below.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are for the property per night for up to 2 persons and then per additional person.
All payments due are in €uro.
In order to validate a booking a 25% deposit of the total rental cost must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 11.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 15.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price.
Smoking inside is not allowed.
