A truly luxurious rustic holiday villa with pool in the village of Gharb in Gozo. This self- catering vacation rental property can sleep 10 persons (maximum 12 using folding beds) in 5 bedrooms. No corners were cut in furnishing this property to very high standards. The villa is full of light and space, both indoors and out and is set in very tranquil country surroundings. The village of Gharb is very conveniently placed between the capital of Gozo - Victoria and the Inland Sea/Azure Window at Dwejra.
The property is a semi-detached villa on two floors. Entrance is onto a hallway which leads into a double bedroom with shower en suite, guest toilet/laundry room and an open plan living/kitchen/dining area which leads onto the outdoor area with swimming pool & jacuzzi surrounded by open countryside. An internal stone staircase leads to a first floor landing from where four bedrooms are accessed - on one side a double bedroom with shower room en suite with open balcony overlooking pool/countryside and a twin bedroom with shower room en suite with open balcony overlooking countryside. On the other side of the landing is a twin bedroom with open balcony overlooking pool/countryside and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite with open balcony overlooking pool/countryside and a shower room at the end of the corridor. Parking is in the street round the corner.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per night according to the amount of persons.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a minimum of uro 300 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 16.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water/electricity/gas consumption is included in the price except for air-conditioning which is metered.
