A recently built traditional Gozitan house of character in the peaceful village of Fontana in Gozo. This property has four bedrooms, spaced out over three floors and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Very spacious and full of light, this house is very well equipped with all necessary self catering needs. Two sun terraces with town views and an interconnecting one car garage boost this house's very pleasant characteristics. Fontana is very well situated in between Victoria, the capital of Gozo and Xlendi, an interesting small seaside resort built around a spectacular cliffy sea inlet.
Entrance is into a ground floor hallway which leads onto a single bedroom, a guest toilet/shower room and an interconnecting one car garage. An internal stone staircase leads up to the first floor landing which constitutes the lounge area with satellite TV and a gas fire place. From here one accesses a kitchen/dining, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. Further up more internal stone stairs brings one to the second floor double bedroom with shower en suite and two sun terraces complete with garden furniture and town views.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed are per property per night for up to 2 persons and then for every additional person
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 10% of the total rental quoted must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 2pm onwards.
The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is allowed.
Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price.
