A spacious village house with garden in a quiet residential part of the village of Dingli. This full of light self-catering vacation rental property can sleep 7 persons (maximum 9 using double sofa bed) in three bedrooms. Al fresco dining in the sunny private garden, two open balconies and its very homely atmosphere make this a very welcoming holiday accommodation. The village of Dingli is located on the west coast of Malta, surrounded by beautiful countryside bordered by the magnificent Dingli cliffs, Malta`s largest woodland...Buskett Forrest, Verdala castle and the curious cart ruts at Clapham Junction. Ten minutes drive away is the Rabat/Mdina area which is full of historical treasures.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The house is located on two floors in a residential street. An entrance hall on the ground floor leads to a living room, kitchen/dining room which in turn leads out into a private garden with dining facilities. There is also a guest toilet downstairs. A flight of stairs leads up to a first floor landing, from where are accessed a double bedroom and triple bedroom  with interconnecting open balcony overlooking the garden, a double bedroom with open balcony overlooking the street below and a lounge area with a double sofa bed. A further flight of stairs takes one to the laundry room and private roof.

Booking and payment terms:

  •  Prices listed are for the property per night and based on a minimum stay of 4 nights.

  •  All payments due are in €uro.

  •  In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental quoted must be paid.    

  •  The outstanding balance is to be paid on arrival.

  •  Children under the age of 5 go for free.

  •  The property owner reserves the right to ask for a €uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.

Arrival and departure:

  •  Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 4.00 pm onwards.

  •  The property must be vacated by 12.00 pm (midday) in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.

General property notes:

  •  Smoking is allowed.

  •  Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price except during the low season.

  •  There are special offers for stays of more than 10 nights.

  •  Renters should make any special requests with the owners within 24 hours from arrival.

  •  No excessive noise is allowed in any part of the house.
