Located in a quite area, but only about 5 minutes on foot from the seaside promenade, plenty of eateries, nightlife, etc. The seaside resort of Bugibba is one of Malta`s most popular self contained tourist destinations on the island.
This holiday apartment is located in a residential street and is on the third floor of a block of eleven apartments and is accessed up a lift/staircase, from a street level common entrance. One enters into a hallway which feeds a living/kitchen/dining room, twin bedroom & double bedroom with interconnecting balcony overlooking the street below, single bedroom, bathroom and shower room. Parking is in the street below or in an optional garage.

Booking and payment terms:
Prices listed above are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All payments due are in uro.
In order to validate a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total rental cost quoted must be paid.
The outstanding balance is to be paid one week prior to arrival.
The property owner reserves the right to ask for a uro 200 deposit against damages. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure once the property and inventories are checked, and no damages or missing items are reported. Payment of this damages deposit is to be made on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
Unless otherwise stated, check-in is from 15.00 hours onwards.
The property must be vacated by 11.00 hours in order to prepare the place for the next incoming guests.
General property notes:
Smoking is only allowed on the outside balcony.
Water/gas consumption is included in the price.
The first 100 units of electricity are free; consumption over and above that has to be paid for.
